Applicants who wish to take their Oath of Allegiance as part of the RA9225/Dual Citizenship application during the Mobile Consular Mission in Auckland on 7-11 February 2018 must submit their application in advance. The Embassy should receive applications on or before 21 January 2019 to be included in the oath taking ceremony during the Mobile Consular Mission. We are pleased to announce that we will be conducting a Mobile Consular Mission in Auckland on 7-11 February 2019. Online booking will be opened/ available on Monday, 21 January 2019, 6:00 PM. Venue of the mobile will be confirmed at a later time.

Services that will be offered during the Mobile are Passporting, Authentication and Notarials, Civil Registry, and NBI Fingerprinting. For applicants who wish to apply for Dual Citizenship and take their Oath of Allegiance during the Auckland Mobile, please submit your application form and all documentary requirements before 21 January 2019.

How to obtain a Saudi Police Clearance

For Filipinos who formerly worked in Saudi Arabia and who are now in New Zealand, the following are the requirements in applying for a Saudi Police Clearance:

  1.  Letter of request addressed to the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh stating the purpose of the Police Clearance and applicant’s mailing address and telephone number, and email address, if any;
  2.  Duly accomplished Fingerprint Card (all fingers printed) obtained through New Zealand Police;
  3.  Photocopy of passport used in Saudi Arabia clearly showing the applicant’s photograph and visas;
  4.  Photocopy of Saudi residence permit (iqama);
  5.  Two (2) pieces 2 x 2 (inches) colored pictures with white background;
  6.  Fees:
    • Philippine Embassy in Riyadh notarial fee.........................SR 100.00 (US$25.00)
    • Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs authentication fee...........SR   30.00 (US$  7.50)

  2.  Applicants may then send their application and supporting documents directly to the Philippine Embassy in Riyadh, Collectors Road, Diplomatic Quarter, Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through any courier service.
  3.  Request for such police clearance is subject to approval by the Saudi police and could take at least 2 to 3 months from receipt of the necessary documents and payments.
