Ambassador Kira Christianne D. Azucena led the Philippine Embassy in New Zealand in its annual Virtual Town Hall Meeting with the Filipino Community in Fiji on 01 March 2025.

The meeting, held in partnership with the Migrant Workers Office in Wellington, provided updates on Embassy services and activities, while also allowing our kababayans to voice their concerns and discuss pertinent issues.

During the interactive Q and A segment, kababayans raised various questions and concerns, including about dual citizenship, passport processes, verification of employment contracts, and the upcoming 2025 National Elections for overseas voters.

These annual virtual town hall meetings reflect the Embassy’s dedication to fostering open communication and ensuring the well-being of our kababayans in the Pacific region.
