Labor Attaché Antonio M. Mutuc Jr. arrived in Wellington on 8 March 2025 and assumed his post as Head of the Migrant Workers Office - Wellington. In this capacity, he joins the dedicated team that offers Assistance-to-National services to OFWs.

Labatt Mutuc was previously assigned to the Labor Offices in Dubai (2016-2019) and in Riyadh (2019-2025).
