The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Resolutions on the Guidelines for the Accreditation in Connection with the Conduct of Overseas Voting under Republic Act No. 9189, otherwise known as "The Overseas Absentee Voting Act of 2003" as amendded by Republic Act No. 10590 for purposes of the National Elections on 09 May 2016 may be viewed through the following links:

The deadline for filing applications for accreditation is 31 March 2016. Applications filed after the last day of filing shall not be entertained.
