Overseas Filipino Voters are encouraged to review the list of candidates before logging into the Overseas Voting and Counting System (OVCS), as they will only have a time limit of three (3) minutes to cast their online vote.

If online voters fail to cast their vote within three (3) minutes, they will automatically be logged out of the OVCS and will have to log in again to vote.
