1. PASSPORT SERVICES
By appointment only. Secure your appointment through the DFA Global Online Appointment System (GOAS) at https://www.passport.gov.ph/ . Please select ASIA PACIFIC, NEW ZEALAND, PE WELLINGTON - OUTREACH IN CHRISTCHURCH for the site location. 2. CIVIL REGISTRY SERVICES (Report of Birth, Marriage and Death)
By appointment only. Secure your appointment at https://booking.philembassy.org.nz/. Applications will only be received onsite. Once the documents have been processed, these will be sent back to the applicant via a client-provided return courier bag. 3. FILING OF APPLICATIONS for RETENTION and REACQUISITION OF PHILIPPINE CITIZENSHIP (R.A. 9225)
By appointment only. Secure your appointment at https://booking.philembassy.org.nz/. Applications will only be received onsite. Those whose applications were accepted and processed beforehand may schedule to take their oath during the mission. 4. VERIFICATION OF EMPLOYMENT CONTRACTS and ENROLMENT/ RENEWAL of OWWA MEMBERSHIP. No appointment required. Please visit https://www.facebook.com/polonewzealand for the list of requirements.

NOTE: Notarial services will NOT be offered during the Mobile Consular Mission. Clients who wish to avail of legal and notarial services are advised to book an appointment with the Philippine Honorary Consulate General in Christchurch at https://philippineconsulatechristchurch.setmore.com/
