The Embassy is currently experiencing a high number of Report of Birth (ROB) submissions, which is why the processing time now takes 3-4 weeks to be completed.

Please note that the system updates every Wednesday and Friday morning. No need to call the Embassy to confirm this. Alternatively, you may send an email to the following addresses:
